Chronic Pain Symposium at Union University
Here is the link to register for the pain conference that will be on July 22 from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Cost is $75 until July 1, then it will be $100. This conference is for any health care provider or student who is interested in caring for patients with chronic pain. Topics will include the pathophysiology of pain, pharmacological treatment of chronic pain, Tennessee regulations for prescribing controlled substances, psychological implications of chronic pain, and others. Participants will earn 6.0 CNEs, some of which will count as pharmacology CNE. A light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
