Survey for Nursing Student: Please Read

Dear Nurse Practitioner Colleague,

My name is Holly Jones and I am a registered nurse currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing-Doctor of Nursing Practice program, under the direction of Dr. Joyce Snyder in the School of Nursing at Union University in Jackson, TN. With a concentration in primary care, I will also be graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I am conducting a research study entitled “Job Satisfaction Levels amongst Novice and Experienced Nurse Practitioners”.  This DNP project has received IRB approval through Union University.  This DNP project will investigate the impact of experience upon job satisfaction levels in nurse practitioners. 

Your participation will involve taking an anonymous survey which should only take about 15 minutes to complete.  Your involvement in the study is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate or to stop at any time before submitting the anonymous survey.  Your identity will not be associated with your responses in any published format.
